The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic, decisive, and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. The responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator may include, but are not limited to the folllowing:

  • Monthly Reconciliations of Payroll cash and liability accounts for multiple business units
  • Processing and paying various benefits
  • Monthly finance close responsibilities including General ledger input and uploads
  • Year-end reporting
  • Tracking and appropriate follow up to responsible teams on outstanding liabilities

  • Excellent documentation skills – attention to detail, rigorous work paper standards

  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant experience in preparation of reconciliations and review of financial statements, desired but not required
  • Experience with Quickbooks, or similar
